We can receive emails with attachments totalling 10MB or less. Sending artwork this way is the quickest and easiest method.

For artwork up to 100MB it’s probably easiest to send them via you send it. Click here to go to www.yousendit.com and follow the instructions. This is a free service for files less than 100MB.

Different stocks go to print at different times during the week and have varying drying and cutting times depending on the nature of the job. All items are then delivered via reputable and independent courier companies.

Everything is manufactured in Victoria, so if you’re in Perth or Darwin for example, your job will take an extra couple of days to get to you. Likewise if you are in a rural town as opposed to a major city.

Our daily print deadline is 11:30am. Please try and send your order /print ready artwork before this time to ensure your job makes the print run for that day.

310gsm machine varnish and the 170gsm gloss prints everyday and has the quickest turnaround time (1 day for Melbourne, 2 days for Sydney).

Uncoated stocks generally have a longer drying time and can add between 1 and 3 days to the ETA.

Formecutting, drilling, numbering, gluing, scoring and folding all add production time, so please allow for this if your job requires any of these finishes.

Please provide a physical address for delivery, as our couriers cannot deliver to a P.O Box.

For new customers, sending a receipt of payment will allow us to get your job on the press quicker.

Recently our payment terms have changed; we will no longer be able to provide accounts, 100% payment is required before any artwork will be sent to print.

If we are also providing design and or photography for your print products 50% payment will be required upfront before the design process can start. Once you have approved the artwork designs the remaining 50% is required to be paid before your product will go to print.

Payment can be made via EFT / DFT. All banking information will be included in invoice.

When using this payment method please email through a copy of the receipt or a receipt number and date paid. Once this is received we will process your job. Thankyou.

Credit Card is also accepted we can take Master/Visa cards, a surcharge of 2% will be applied to your invoice when using this method due to bank charges.
